Presence covers the website. Pro adds the follow-up system.

These services stay active while your subscription is active and within the agreed scope.

INCLUDED IN WEBBLII PRESENCE

  • A professionally built website within the agreed scope.
  • Domain management during the subscription, hosting, SSL, and technical maintenance.
  • Contact forms, call and WhatsApp buttons, and basic search setup.
  • Technical support and standard edits within the existing design and scope.

ADDED WITH WEBBLII PRO

  • A private lead pipeline for new inquiries and follow-up activity.
  • Configured workflows for form follow-up, missed-call response, and reminders.
  • Honest review requests and reminders after completed service.
  • Approved customer follow-up campaigns when consent requirements are met.

  • Provide the content, account access, and approvals needed for the agreed work.
  • Review and approve required website, message, and workflow items before launch or activation.
  • Use contact, messaging, and review-request workflows in compliance with consent, privacy, identification, opt-out, and platform rules.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Outside the standard plan

These services require a separate agreement or are not part of the current plan.

  • Paid advertising, media buying, and ad budgets
  • Ongoing search work, bulk content creation, or additional search pages
  • Full redesigns, rebrands, additional websites, or custom applications
  • Emergency requests and work outside the agreed scope

CANCELLATION

What happens upon cancellation?

Without the buyout option

  • Upon cancellation, managed services, CRM and automations, phone and SMS service, ongoing SEO, hosting, maintenance, and support stop.
  • The domain remains the property of Webblii.
  • There is no minimum term penalty.
  • The cancellation process is detailed in the service agreement.

With the buyout option ($599)
