There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the process outlined in your service agreement.

WITH ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION

  • Webblii Presence: managed website, domain, hosting, maintenance, and support.
  • Webblii Pro: everything in Presence plus the lead pipeline and configured follow-up workflows.
  • Pro workflows can include form follow-up, missed-call response, reminders, review requests, and approved customer follow-up.
  • Ongoing services remain active according to the selected plan and agreed scope.

WHEN YOU CANCEL

  • You may choose the $599 website and domain transfer option.
  • After transfer, you arrange and pay for independent hosting, maintenance, security, and external services.

Upon cancellation, you can pay a one-time fee of $599 to receive the finished website and domain transfer, subject to the registrar's requirements and deadlines.

After the transfer, the website and domain will be yours. You will be responsible for contracting and paying for hosting, maintenance, security, platform, and any external services necessary to keep the site running.

  • Optimizations already built into the transferred site may remain, but Webblii stops performing ongoing SEO monitoring, work, or updates.
  • Legitimate reviews already published on Google are not removed; the request and follow-up system stops.
  • Your Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram profiles belong to you. Webblii stops managing them when the service ends.
  • Automations, CRM, phone, and connected services stop working.

Webblii confirms the pages and scope in writing before work begins. Large batches of pages, new sites or brands, custom features, and work outside that scope are quoted separately.

The seven-business-day period begins only after Webblii has the needed content, account access, and approvals. Initial design revisions continue until the final result is approved. After launch, standard edits stay within the existing design and agreed scope.

Webblii Pro includes the website, hosting, maintenance, support, and standard edits in Webblii Presence.

During the subscription, Webblii manages the domain, design, and Webblii-created content. Your trademarks, logos, photographs, and original materials remain yours. When you cancel, managed services stop. You may choose the $599 option for the finished website and domain transfer, subject to the service terms and registrar requirements.

With Webblii Pro, a missed call can trigger a business-approved message. The customer can reply, the conversation is organized, and your team can continue the follow-up. It does not guarantee a booking or replace your staff.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. SMS, email, phone, AI, advertising, advanced search work, integrations, and other external services may have provider or usage costs. Standard included use is subject to the current fair-use policy.

Webblii does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, customers, bookings, revenue, review ratings, or a specific appearance in Google results. It builds, manages, and configures the agreed website and follow-up tools.
